As we got closer to the register, the cashier literally walked away while the other lady was making a to go meal. I asked for 1 churro, and the lady started walking toward the food, just shaking her head yes. During our wait, a delivery guy came in and said how 's everybody doing today .... neither one of the ladies responded. There was clearly some kind of hostility or animosity in the air.. The lady who heated our churro handed it to the other lady who was in the middle of a to go transaction. She asked if she had rang us up, and she shook her head no. So the one who was actually busy and working had to stop what she was doing to ring up our 1 churro. I said thank you and got no response. Needless to say, we will not return.
What I ordered vs what I received. Bologna , ham, turkey but I only see two different meats can’t tell what they are and no cheese. Online order showed employee my receipt but she wanted to see my name on it. Finally gave me the sub I paid online for. Really rude!
24 Jan ‘24 lunchtime. Disgraceful customer service. Disgraceful sandwich. Disgraceful increase in price. Will never go back here. Ordered the cold cut combo, bologna, ham, turkey, American cheese, toasted, add toppings.
Ordered on mobile app. Toasted my bread so long I couldn’t eat the sub! Sandwich hard as a rock and very cold.
The girls working were very knowledgable and awesome personalities I'm sure I'll be back to their subway
