Hi. I love there strawberry salad ? it's not too big it was just right it!!!

I went there Sunday after church and order some food for dine in and I got no tray and plus the girl didn't even handed me my food so rude

The food isn’t the problem. The last 2 times I have went to this Wendys. Someone had an attitude cause they either can’t be heard tho the speaker or they just seem like they having a bad day don’t get mad at the costumer cause you woke up on the wrong side of the bed. This Wendy’s really needs to work on their costumer service. Update. Everytime you go though drive though in morning. This lady has an attitude. If you don’t want to work there and have a postive attitude with costumers then leave. This is a repeating problem.

The employees are never even remotely polite. You'd think to be so self assured and rude they'd be able to get your order right. No such luck. They'll completely butcher your order then scream at you when corrected.

Next, the manager took a call from the general manager, and it was obvious that she had upset someone. In a fit, she declared, “I’m done! Come get your keys, I quit!” She tossed her keys down, took off her hat, and left three employees to manage everything on their own. Unfortunately, none of them appeared to be over 23 years old, which was concerning. Despite the turmoil, the remaining three staff members were fantastic. A special shoutout to Nicholas for staying positive and making a delicious sandwich for my son. I jokingly suggested they should compete in rock-paper-scissors for the new manager position. Hopefully, the rest of their shift went smoothly. To the crew who worked from 3 PM to 4 PM on Friday, August 17, 2023, keep your spirits up! Not all managers are like the one you had today; there are some who genuinely care about their team!
