Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

I always enjoy the bonus rounds here. The chicken sandwich was quite good, but it was a bit dry in some areas and could have used more mayo.

Terrible experience. The dining room was closed, and we waited in line for 30 minutes. After finally reaching the drive-thru, we sat there for several minutes before anyone even took our order. We experienced further delays without any greetings, apologies, or explanations for the extremely slow service. When I received my lukewarm black coffee—after being asked if I wanted cream and sugar—I had to flag someone down at the window for those items, and the staff member seemed quite annoyed. Unfortunately, they didn’t provide what we requested and didn’t include a stirring stick or spoon. My biscuit was flat, not up to Bojangles' usual standards, and the Bo Rounds were overly greasy. We were incredibly disappointed. Please do better, my friends.

The food was delicious! I had breakfast there and was really impressed by the excellent customer service. The staff was polite and friendly, and they even shared a smile! The only thing I didn't care for was the steak biscuit; it was a bit too flat for my liking. However, I guess that’s something you find at every Bojangles location.

When I approached the drive-thru, the staff member asked if I could come through the line again to order the same thing and then leave. I was taken aback and assured her that I hadn't done that. She seemed to doubt me, stating that it was "weird." Upon arriving at the window, she failed to greet me or make any eye contact. She simply took my card, swiped it, and handed it back without uttering a single word. Then she handed me my son's drink (Cheerwine), which was leaking all down the side of the cup. She noticed it, looked right at me, and still handed it over without a word. When I asked for napkins, she appeared extremely inconvenienced, then handed me his meal, napkins, and promptly closed the window without saying anything. I won’t be returning to this location; I’d much rather drive to one of their other two locations in the future.

I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a fantastic dining experience with exceptional service. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and the staff genuinely cares about the customers, always wearing smiles. Without a doubt, it's a five-star service!
