We already had Mexican and Japanese and were looking for something different so we got on Google maps to search for nearby places. After reading off the names of numerous chains we stumbled upon the Broad Street Burger Co and instantly wanted to give it a go. It did not disappoint. It's a cute building on main street downtown and the restaurant itself is huge. Two story in an older building that has been made modern. We were seated quickly and our food came even quicker. They even let me add pimento cheese to my classic burger. They have a good alcohol menu and the burger was to die for. Can't wait to drive through Statesville just so we can stop there again. Do yourself a favor, skip the chains. This place is amazing!
I would love to humbly change my review to a 5 star rating. I went there yesterday and ordered a fantastic meal. And I feel like I overreacted a bit with the price. I think the price is pretty fair. Overall a great burger place for all.
It was our favorite lunch spot in Statesville. We’ve been coming here for years because of their great waitstaff and food. One of the main reasons for coming here was for their delicious hand cut fries and now we just found out they have changed to non gluten free fries. Prior to this change I would have given a 5 star rating but now we will no longer be able to dine here. Hopefully they will change to a gluten free option in the future so we can come back.
Great food and service. Enjoyed the tasty beef and chicken burger options. The fried pickles as an appetizer was amazing. They also have a wide selection or beers on tap and some different liquors including ones from NC breweries and distilleries.
Amazing food, welcoming service, and overall great atmosphere. Everything on the menu looked amazing, but I eventually chose The Southern Twang chicken sandwich with fries. It was a huge sandwich that tasted heavenly with pimento cheese, fried green tomatoes, and slaw on top of the chicken. The waitresses were kind and checked on me every so often and it was great to enjoy this meal with a basketball game. I truly enjoyed the experience and food.
