Burger King - Statesville

Don't waste your time or money. They never have ice for your drinks and the service is slow.

The food is standard BK versions of menu options, but not even done well. It was 5pm. There were an inadequate number of staff. It took more than fifteen minutes for our order to be ready! You think they’d know the dinner rush capacity and staff accordingly!

Not sure the name of the male employee with the great beard that was working today 4/6 at 11:30pm. He was so kind and polite and kept his cool after being stressed with the late night rush. The food was great as well!

Food was good but this location is always understaffed. No ice.

Just came through the drive through and these ladies were so nice. Angela was showing another nice lady on how to enter the info on the computer. They were both very sweet and everything went quickly and smoothly. I used a gift certificate I had tried at another Burger King elsewhere that acted like it wasnt working I verified it should have def been accepted later by corporate). Anyhow, they got my custom order right and got me hot fries. My dog enjoyed his Ice cream cone and appreciated the nice comments he received. They made our day!
