The nachos used to be great, but they have changed the recipe multiple times and now they are mediocre at best. I used to order the boneless wings because they had tasty chicken, but they changed the recipe to flat, over-processed chicken. If you order the kids' fruit cup, you won't get fresh fruit, you will get a pre-packaged Dole cocktail cup. The service has always been slow. It's disappointing to see that they have declined in quality.
When we entered the restaurant, we were promptly greeted by Donte and seated. We waited for over ten minutes for a waitress, but if it wasn't for Donte, we may have never been served. Despite not being his responsibility, he checked on us multiple times and even helped get a waitress to our table. Throughout our time there, he was busy cleaning, seating customers, and handling takeout orders. While the service was slow and lacking, the food was good. The wait staff seemed more focused on socializing with their friends at the bar rather than attending to customers. The standout of the experience was definitely Donte, who went above and beyond in his role. The restaurant would benefit from having more employees like him. Overall, Donte deserves recognition for his exceptional service.
If they weren't understaffed it would be a five star review. Hire or schedule more people instead of turning people away. My call in order was good just took twice as long as promised when we ordered.
Good food, huge selections. Service is good, but kitchen can be a bit slow. Homemade ranch dip is great! Worth the time if you're not rushed.
Great wings and my 5 year old said they tenders were the best! He never says that. Server was attentive but not bothersome.
