Mcdonald's - Statesville

I'm not sure of the lady's name at the counter, but she was rude to another customer, which made me glad I used the kiosk instead. Food rating: 2/5.

This is the slowest McDonald's in town. If it takes them forever to serve, one would expect that they are cooking our orders fresh, but that’s not the case—our food is always cold! Food: 1/5.

The service was incredibly slow—definitely the slowest I've experienced anywhere! I used the drive-thru, and even with only two cars ahead of me, it took 35 minutes. The restaurant wasn't busy inside; they just seemed to be lacking urgency and care. As for the food, I rated it 4 out of 5.

I’ve been in line for so long I had time to write this review! Under staffed and every time I come in every single day I’m in line for over 30 mins waiting on my food. The frappes are always out and everyone acts like they don’t know what their doing or how to work the machine! They close the frappe machine when it gets late, just so they don’t have to do it!

Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Waited for almost 10 min on the counter and not even 1 person helped me. There were over 6 employees there 2 doing nothin. Can’t believe how bad of service it is here. Definitely not coming here again. Good luck peopleFood: 1/5
