Panera Bread - Statesville

While the manager was kind enough to offer me a refund, I was really disappointed not to have a lunch to break my fast. I sincerely hope they aren’t cutting corners with their salads, as it could have ended badly if my kids had taken a bite. If this is how things will be moving forward, I hope they at least put up a sign at the front door or notify customers through the app. Just to clarify, I am aware that the dressing contains cilantro; we don’t consume it and instead use a homemade avocado dressing.

Disappointed!!!! Ordered 2 soups at a restaurant where they are out of spoons early today. Also ordered Margarita flat bread. Check the pic with the review they were out of basil. There should be signs for the out of stock before customer orders something or they should say it before they start making. When upon asking for spoons they we ran out early today sorry you can use fork lol. Very rude staff. After spending $50+ you dont get what you ordered. Also the bread that came with soup was thrown in the bag unwrapped

The quality has really declined lately. Our drinks were warm and lacked carbonation, and my sandwich was hastily made with very few ingredients. To make matters worse, my wife was served the wrong sandwich altogether. We won't be returning for some time.

My salad was tiny, barely the size of my hand, and it only had three small pieces of chicken. The bread wasn't even wrapped properly. The bag of chips that came with my husband's sandwich was just a snack size. This is my first negative review.

08-28-2022 Food is okay for the most part, however, the wait time is incredibly long. I ordered a strawberry lemonade today with lunch and it tasted like it was fermented(it was not good at all) The quality of this specific location does not meet the quality of other locations I?ve been to. I will update this review in the future and inform y?all if the quality changes, good or bad, in the near future.
