Edit: I received the full refund but man...what a headache it was to get it. Never again Wendys, never again. I placed a mobile order March 23 East Broad Street location and went through drive thru to pick it up. I got to the window and they did not have my order 'in their system ' so I did not get my food. Even after I showed then my online receipt where I already paid and they took my money I still did not get the food. Was told I could get a refund via email so that 's what I did. Got a response they started the process and I will receive a response when they (I 'm assuming the store) complete it. I got an email saying if I didn 't pick up my order they refund me automatically and if I don 't get it to give them a call. I did at the number I was provided. Oh sure, it was the number to this very store that screwed me over in the first place. The 'manager ' who answered pretty much denied everything and here I am back at square one so still trying to get a refund for food I never received. We checked our bank statement online and sure enough the total was pulled from our account. Be aware when using mobile ordering. Don 't let them screw you over and steal your money like our experience has been.
My double Dave's cheeseburger was cold, taste less and was over cooked. Just very bland could not get to the third bite.i should have returned it but there was a long line but I was disappointed. Wendy's manager please do better ?
Placed a breakfast order and had to “pull to the door” because the food wasn’t ready. I get it. We sat for 5+ minutes. None of the cars behind us were parked and none left before us so why have us pull forward beyond the pick up window. The food should have been better considering the wait.
Will never eat here again I have went here 2 times this 2nd was my last. This place is never clean staff is not attentive to front register, went to drink machine it was nasty had no ice and every time I tried to fill my drink there was pieces of plastic in it I told them about it they did not seem very concerned at all and filled my drink in the back. Management needs some training along with employees, this place is not well maintained. I skipped on giving this a review the first time in hopes they were just having bad week or day but this seems to be something repeating. I usually don’t give bad reviews but this I had to, hope you all get these issues fixed.
