Wendy's - Statesville

Overall decent with good food but they got part of my order wrong. I also waited at the front of the store for a bag for like 2 minutes while an employee stared at me and didn't ask what I wanted.

Lobby will not give out doordash orders. They make us wait in the 15 car long drive thru for an order already placed and paid for and already supposed to be made. This is unacceptable.

NEGATIVE NEGATIVE NEGATIVE!!! PLEASE DON’T EAT HERE!!! This is what was in my daughter’s burger Friday and they wouldn’t even refund the combo! Just the cost of the burger. And asked if she wanted another burger?!?!

Went through the drive through. Cashier was focused on her job! She was very polite. Food was hot and correct.

Don't get Wendy's much but the location on broad street is the fastest Wendy's around. Baconator is always good but at $12 $13 for a medium combo the bacon king at BK is usually superior.
