Lovely establishment. Although it may be a small building, it will be worth it in the end. The restaurant is also well-run. It is a little closer to residential properties, but with a bit of patience, it is all good.

A hidden gem in Bamble, this restaurant offers professional and welcoming service, a beautiful and clean atmosphere, and delicious food. Renting a rorbu for accommodation is highly recommended. Don't miss the live music on Saturday nights!

This restaurant was a disappointment. Upon arrival, we were ignored by all of the regular customers. We had to grab our own menus and wait 1 1/2 hours to order. Payment had to be made in cash as there was no option to pay at the table. The staff seemed neglectful, with the exception of our waiter who was attentive. The tables went uncleaned for up to an hour, showing a lack of training and organization on the floor. Management of the restaurant needs improvement. They were also out of pizza and almost half of the items on the menu. The food was tasty and could have earned the place 2 stars, but the overall experience was so disappointing that it only deserves 1 star.

We were six adults who went to see what this place was like. When we arrived there was no room but they fixed a table for us (unfortunately too close to the speakers). We got drinks pretty quickly and ordered food. After 45 min, what we had ordered arrived, except for the pizzas. There were delays, after 20 minutes there were still delays. When the rest of us had eaten our food, they still had not received the pizzas. Then one went away and asked when they were done, soon .... will start on them now . An hour had passed since we ordered food. And no pizza had been delivered. It was take away that was obviously prioritized. Very disappointing so the pizzas were canceled, we paid and went. But there was no apology from the staff. What we saw was a young boy arranging the pizzas. Then they should really help him if there was so much to do. And not least inform about it when we ordered. I also ordered cheese on my burger but I did not get it. Although it was noted on the receipt. So this is not a place I want to return to. It was also uncomfortable even then, almost all the tables smoked around us!
