Foreseeable, unfriendly guest treatment I've ever experienced! I had booked the hotel on booking.com. When I arrived at 18:15, I stood in front of closed doors. After I was tied up several times in the housebell and nobody opened me, I called the hotel number. the lady who opened me said I didn't sound right. then the collection of my data was made in the style of a police interrogation when I was the kind of circumvention, I was expelled from the house and had to search ad hoc for another accommodation in staufen. in conversation with a gastronomy in the city I learned that similar incidents have already been reported about the new hotel owner.

Kitchen and service first class. Unfortunately, next year a new tenant will start.

I like this, owner-guided restaurant with excellent cuisine and best service in the middle of Staufen highly recommended
