A little overpriced, but thought the sushi was good! The sashimi tasted fresh and the rolls had good combinations. There wasn't too much rice (sushi's biggest downfall). They were generous with the roe (fish eggs on top). I appreciated how they dabbed wasabi under the sashimi attention to detail. Great service as they helped us pack tons of sushi in a hurry. The place is a little small (max capacity is probably around 10 people, you basically sit bar style and they hand you freshly made sushi you can watch them make it) i would recommend, especially if you're waiting for the tau ferry!
Maybe I'm biased cuz it's rare when I like sushi. But my wife does and we got the combo platter and just hated it. Not to mention it was like $55. The sushi place next door is incredible apparently (Has Michelin star). The owner runs this place too, but it just wasn't good and very overpriced.
Great sushi here.. and since we dont have many sushi bars its second best.. All though you can sit here on one of the 6 chairs, this is a take away joint. I love sushi, but this place is in my opinion very expencive concidering its take away. If the prices was 20-30% under I would have ordered from here every week.. But now maybe every second month. And that is the only reason why i give three stars.. Im cheap :
Good Sushi. The prices might be a little to much for the average student, but it 's really tasty, especially the lunch offers. So if you 're ever in town and are looking for some good Sushi, around mid day, I highly recommend this place. But bare in mind that they don 't offer the biggest dining area in this exact store, so you might want to consider ordering on the go and eat outside on a bench, or down by the sea side (if the weather allows it).
