At the local Tim Hortons in Sainte-Julie, you can always count on large, fresh cups of coffee paired with freshly baked donuts and muffins. Whether you stop by the main location or the satellite Tim Hortons above the Esso at the corner, you can expect friendly and accommodating staff who are ready to fulfill all your coffee and bakery needs with a smile.
It was much better than that. We went there for breakfast in July 2016 and despite repeating my order three times, the server did not give me what I had requested. When I brought this to her attention, she told me I would have to go back to the line and order the missing item at an additional cost, which would have been more expensive than my original order. This was the same for the three previous customers and the two following after me. I am very disappointed because this place used to be better. I contacted Tim Horton Canada through their website and they said the regional manager would follow up with me, but I have not heard back yet.
Great and fresh coffee always with freshly baked donuts and muffins at the local Tim Hortons in Sainte Julie. Either at the main outlet or at the corner Esso over the overpass at the satellite Tim Hortons.The personnel is always sympathetic and willing and eager to serve all patrons for all your needs with coffee and donuts and muffins with an excellent smile always.
