One of the staff members really should be required to wear a helmet. Over the past six months, there have been at least ten occasions where she didn’t hand the order through the window, leaving you just waiting there. On top of that, she seems to struggle to remember your face even just twenty minutes later. Service: 1/5.

I had a terrible experience with both the food and service. We waited over 45 minutes for my to-go order, and the operation seemed poorly managed, almost like it was run out of a liquor store. I definitely do not recommend this place – it was a complete waste of time. Food rating: 1/5.

The food is excellent, though I've noticed the prices can fluctuate slightly from day to day. I've ordered from this restaurant multiple times, and the quality is consistently high, with generous portions. They only messed up my order once. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

Although the layout is a bit unusual, the food is quite good. I really enjoyed the carne asada fries!

I know it may sound amusing, but I went to this restaurant hoping to find something keto-friendly and thought a chile relleno would be a good option. However, when it arrived, it was breaded instead of being prepared with the traditional egg white batter. It was too bready for my taste. If you're not familiar with the dish, you might think it's fine, but the relleno itself lacked flavor. The only thing I could really taste was the red sauce smeared all over it. I'm quite disappointed because with a name like Jilbertos, I expected something authentic, but this place feels more like a fast-food joint. Additionally, the cashier didn't even acknowledge my presence while she prepared someone else's order; a simple "I'll be right with you" would have been appreciated. On a positive note, the carrots and salsa were decent.
