Contribuisci feedbackI thought this Booster Juice location was fantastic overall. The place was clean and inviting, and two friendly and knowledgeable employees, Jacob and Shenise, provided welcome suggestions from the menu.
Terrible customer service and if you want to keep customers don't slide the smoothies off the counter and then not replace it and tell me to pay for a new one.
This store does not accept doctors medical exemptions.I was told to GET OUT because i refused to put a mask on.The next time i went in the owner told me that she had put my picture up for all the employees to see and they were told not to serve me i have never been treated like a criminal like this in my lifetime and the owner talked down to me and wouldnt let me expain my reasons for not being able to wear a mask she was so rude and we were regular customers here but we are done with this business as she said if i wanted to come back i had to wear a mask and apologize to her staff.WOW UNBELIEVEABLE?
Every time I've visited this location, they consistently make too much smoothie, leaving them to pour the excess down the drain once the cup is full. If I'm paying $9 for a smoothie with added protein, I expect to receive all of that protein in my cup. Since all the shakes are available online and can be easily made at home for much less, that's what I've started doing.
I ordered 9 smoothies, and they were all prepared quickly by just one employee at the counter. Everyone at my workplace really appreciated the service. Thank you, Booster Juice Steinbach!
