Pizza Hotline - Steinbach

Picked up an extra large pizza and dozen wings. The thin crust pizza was poorer that a frozen one. Hardly any cheese and had no flavour at all. Very little sauce. The wings we’re supposed to be hot. There was practically no sauce and i had to add my own when i got home. We will never go back. Better to buy a frozen one from Spenst ot st pierre bakery

Consistent product, friendly, definitely will come back. I recommend the place to anyone looking for pizza

I am not a high end kind of rest. person and most people are not either all we want is quality and quantteity for the money we spend I did not find any quality at all for the the money in less you like dough. and I mean dough not money. I also did not find quantiny when it came to the toppings we could not find the toppings like cheese ,sauce and the tripple pep we ordered BURN RUBBER WHEN GOING BY AND DONT BRAKE O OUT OF SIX WHEELS THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE DONE THAT TO ANY PL. OR REST.

So I ordered pizza from pizza hotline and there was a pubic hair baked into my pizza! do not order from pizza hotline. After I called to complain they were only willing to send me another pizza for free (like I wanted another pizza from the same store that just sold me a pizza with pubic hair on it! or to e mail the head office and see what they were willing to do. In addition, the customer service agent I was speaking to told me that it was highly unlikely that there was a pubic hair in my pizza, which under normal circumstances might be true, but should have been something he could have kept to himself as a professional instead of insinuating that I was being untruthful. I then spoke to his manager who finally agreed to give me my money back once I provided proof of the hair. A driver came to my house, took the pubic hair pizza away, gave me a free pop, and my money back. What an ordeal this was . . . and disgusting to boot! Cheap pizza, but not worth it, you do not know what is being baked into your pizza!

Yes pizzahotline is horrible. Only because of its management. I myself know for a fact drugs area big thing there. Coke would be snorted on the counters where pizza is laid and you could order marijuana where u ask for the right person there and they will put it in a dipping sauce container for you . One Of the people who did it is the bosses son. She don't care as she is well aware of the situation. I think either close it down or hire new management cause one day your kids could be eating drug residue.
