Forellenstation Pfaller

Nice place to stop and eat a grilled trout prepared with various ingredients. The restaurant was recommended by a friend who lives in the neighborhood. We did not go fishing and eat the catch (what is an option), but ordered trout on the hand. My choice was grilled with shaved almonds... really delicious!

We were here 4 years ago and liked the food much so that we were back in the region, we decided to eat this opportunity again. The food was really great, no complaints here. Small but decent variety in the menu and the fish tastes great. The workers are very friendly, but unfortunately from our point of view nobody checked the 3G rules. I had our information ready to show, but nobody bothered to ask. Luckily, it usually sits outside and it wasn't stuffed during our visit, but how hard it is to make this quick check. The registration QR code was also not easy to find, would be good to just put a paper on each table. The toilets were also so, unfortunately no toilet paper had left.

Stop for a drink, but it was time for Diner. So we both had a grilled trout. It was very nice. Only something, but it is quite normal to use salt is too much special if you are not used by it. It was great.

Recently I went on a school trip with the children at our school. We went in the morning and the children 10 14 years old spent a morning learning how to fish. Most children knew very little about the fishing and the owners' patients, know-how and knowledge encouraged them. All the children could catch a good trout. Fishing and delivery of rods is free, but you have to pay for the fish you catch when you take it away or eat it there in one of the traditional recipes. The place has a varied menu also for those who do not eat fish or are vegetarian. Each dish includes potatoes and salad the price varies between 10 15 euros for a good meal. The lake is supplied with fresh water from a stream, so the quality of the water and the fish is the best it could be. The Trout Station is popular with Bikern, guest on the local campsite and locals. Whether you want to try fishing or not, it is worth visiting people of all ages.
