Excellent service! The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to help.

This particular McDonald's has consistently disappointed me time after time. While some aspects are good—like the fries, which are always fresh—other menu items often fall short. About 90% of the time, they are out of stock for promotional products. Additionally, the machines don't always work well with the McDonald's app. Service is also lacking; there are often not enough staff at the counter, and I’ve seen employees sitting idly in front of the stairs. The staff also seem to be uninformed about the app's functions. One crew member even suggested I reinstall the app after a problem with one of my offers, but the points never came through. In the end, I never received those points back, which is quite disappointing.

I will never return to this restaurant. We were having a brief meeting and barely had a chance to sit down before the waiter approached us to take our order. We requested a few minutes to decide, but then the manager came over and informed us that we couldn't use their Wi-Fi or stay in the room unless we placed an order. We explained that we would be ordering shortly and that we didn’t intend to use the Wi-Fi. Ultimately, we decided to leave without placing an order. I was very disappointed with how we were treated, and I will not support this business again.

Thank you so very much for my terrible order and service. Asked for Ice tea, got cream soda. Half of my cold chips are missing, asked for no pickles, but guess who got extra pickles. Everything was wet. The delivery paper bag was completely soaked and everything fell through the bag as I went back inside after pickup. This happens way too often. My expectations were not high at all, but I expected better than this. At least the person who delivered my food was nice.
