Ibis Plzen - Stenovice

A typical budget ibis hotel in an industrial area, but pleasant to stay at. The staff is very friendly and professional. I've been here a lot of times because of charging my car and always ran into nice personal. The rooms are typically budget rooms, but clean and useful. There is a direct connection by trolley bus to the centre of Pilsen. The free big parking is a plus. The breakfast is standard and very OK. They clean and fill up continuously. You can make use of a nice terrace outside and in the evening drink a good Urquell. One negative point. A few times during charging I was hungry, but the kitchen is only open certain times and they don't offer snacks in between.... Place for improvement. Although the hotel is not situated in the centre I would recommend it.

I have to travel a lot for professional reasons and for me it was the first time I stayed at the Ibis Hotel Plzen. The staff is very friendly and helpful. when you enter this hotel you feel at home. the rooms are clean and the restaurant is very good. Stayed here for 1 night during a trip to Pilsen. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet once the bathroom door was closed. The staff were very friendly.

Fine establishment. If you come only for charging, coffee or dinner, still welcomed nicely by the staff.

Worst hotel I ever stayed. They denied to put my dinner to the room even if they pre-authorized my credit card. The amount was higher than room charge. In short, the lady suggested that I am potential fraud and thief so the manager told them not to do so. Unless I would have been their loyalty program member, which would change their mind. Explanation was that they had many frauds and I should understand. Stayed in at least 9 other hotels in the city and never was treated like in Ibis. Rooms tiny and not perfectly cleaned. but its Ibis so i was not expecting perfectness. Food quite tasty so for them. Summing up, highly recommend not to try their hospitality
