Mcdonald's - Stephens City

Food was cold, the employees were RUDE and when I got there it was myself and ONE other person, yet somehow we managed to both wait over 20 minutes for our food. The drive thru employees did nothing but stand around in the window area talking and sipping on their drinks while we sat there. By the time we got our food, the line wrapped all the way back around the building to the edge of the beginning of the parking lot! It seems like all these places care about anymore are their stupid Door Dash and similar type orders... Like why even have a friggin drive thru??? It was busy, people were really friendly and my order was perfect.
