Little Caesars Pizza - Stephenville

The pizza took a while to arrive, but when I requested Parmesan, the server provided me with the packets. Once I got to the car and opened one, I discovered it was pepper instead. When I returned to inform her, she insisted that it was indeed Parmesan, and explained that they were instructed to give those packets to customers.

My pizza was supposed to be delivered, but after waiting, I saw three cars behind me receive their orders and leave. I ended up waiting for 10 minutes without any food. The employees appeared to be quite confused. When I asked for a refund, nobody had the authority to process it. I neither received my food nor got my money back. This restaurant clearly needs improvement. I won't be coming back.

It would be advantageous if they kept 3 mate treats and deep dishes there hot and ready!!
