Panera - Sterling Heights

I was a bit confused at first about the different counters at the restaurant. Can you order from either one? A sign explaining this would definitely help. I wasn't the only one who seemed puzzled. I opted for the French onion soup and the steak sandwich with white cheese as part of the pick-two option. The onion soup was fantastic, but the steak sandwich had an unexpectedly sour taste that wasn't mentioned on the menu. While some might like that flavor, I would have preferred the chance to omit that ingredient.

I absolutely adore this Panera! I visited today and noticed an older gentleman on a motorized scooter with a low battery. The manager and staff were incredibly attentive, showing him the same care and respect they would give to their own grandfather or father. They even brought his food and drink to him while charging his scooter. Their kindness and thoughtfulness towards customers were truly impressive! I loved this place and will always hold it dear in my heart!

I ordered food for delivery through the mobile app, and I was pleased with how well the bagels were packaged, with the everything bagels in their own separate bag. However, the tortellini was missing the chicken, as the delivery tag didn’t provide a detailed breakdown of the order like the printed order confirmation did. I really appreciate the prompt re-delivery and the extra items! Thank you!
