Contribuisci feedbackI am loving the new smoothies at this restaurant. I am excited that the watermelon mojito is back on the menu. The staff in the morning at this location may not be as friendly as in the afternoons, but I just want my smoothies!
It took a bit more time than expected to receive my order, but overall, it was not a bad experience.
I ordered the Chia Banana Boost with peanut butter at this restaurant. Despite placing a mobile order, I still had to wait in a long line to pick it up because the inside of the restaurant was randomly closed. The smoothie I received was essentially just chunks of ice with bits of oat in it. There was no banana taste or peanut butter flavor. It did not resemble a smoothie at all and was quite disappointing.
I wouldn’t recommend this place, I walked in an no one welcomed me and there was 3 people standing around as I walked in. I didn’t see how hard it was to greet a paying customer. Especially when there is 3 employees making eye contact with me as I walk into the store.
This is now my second horrible experience with this location. It seems to be another review similar to my experience so I know it’s not just me. The girl that works the drive-through on Sundays has the worst customer service ever. I was going to make a review the first time, but I thought maybe she was having a bad day, that’s not the case. This girl is just extremely rude and I will no longer be coming back to this location specifically because of this person. During my first experience, she actually close the door midway through me asking to use Apple Pay. She then had an attitude and it seemed like she rolled her eyes. Then today I was waiting in the drive-through for almost 10 minutes(I was the only vehicle there, also, there was no vehicle in front of me) and when I ask for a cup of water, she shut the door. The drive-through door is cracked so I know she could hear me say “excuse me” once the door had been shut in my face. Once I was able to get her attention again, she rolled her eyes when I asked for a cup of water. Something needs to be done about this employee because she is obviously hurting your business.
