For lunch, I enjoyed a sandwich with pumpkin, ham, salad, and mayo on a toasted croissant, while my husband opted for a Buckboard breakfast sandwich with sausage, egg, and American cheese. Both were served quickly and tasted wonderful—I even ordered another one! My husband also indulged in a blueberry muffin that he absolutely loved. Overall, Brew Grit Coffee boasts an incredible selection of drinks, delicious and satisfying food, a kind and welcoming owner, a charming country atmosphere, and an amazing staff. I really don’t understand what the other critics are talking about. If you're in the area, give this lovely little place a chance—you'll be very happy you did!
I don't usually write reviews, but this restaurant truly deserves one. We stopped by while visiting the city and were impressed by the friendly staff, delicious food, and excellent coffee. My husband ordered the English Muffin sandwich and was delighted, as he is a big fan of English muffins. I was excited to discover that they offered two homemade gluten-free options, which was a pleasant surprise! The biscuit was far tastier than store-bought alternatives. Additionally, the establishment was very clean. I highly recommend this place, and we'll definitely be coming back!
During the third day of our trip from Michigan to Nevada, we were lucky to discover Brew Grit in Sterling, CO. They offer a wonderful selection of gluten-free sandwiches and treats, as well as dairy-free options for coffee. We ordered a gluten-free egg and sausage cookie, an egg and sausage English muffin, a gluten-free pumpkin muffin, gluten-free peanut butter cookies with Reese's Pieces, a coconut milk mocha, and an almond milk latte. Everything was fantastic! The coffee was expertly roasted, without any acidity. And the staff—wow! They were incredibly helpful and patient with all our questions. The customer service was exceptional. Thank you, Brew Grit Team! We will definitely return. P.S. I agree with Roberta—they deserve 10 stars!
We happened on this coffee shop on a road trip and we loved it! My fiancée is from Brazil and is not easily impressed when it comes to coffee, but these friendly people do it right. They were very friendly and chatting, detailed with our drinks orders, fast and the coffee was delish! We highly recommend and when we live in the area we often come back.
Great coffee and a testament to The Duke. I had something called a Rooster Cogburn and it was delicious. On top of that, the folks working are super friendly.
