Contribuisci feedbackVery dirty, waited for someone to acknowledge that we were there, along with a family that arrived before us, not sure what was going on. 3 server in the bar area and 2 in the dining room. She never looked at us.
I 've been coming to this location for a decade. Something changed a few years ago I 've witnessed the poor leadership with my own eyes you can sense the staff doesn 't respect the current manager (Hope owner sees it . The manager sits there chatting while two or three servers struggle to serve the entire restaurant, and she looks around clueless while we wait at the host stand. Here 's what I 've learned in life about leadership if you 're understaffed during tough times GET OFF YOUR BEHIND and get in the trenches with your employees. Clearly there is a respect issue, and I 'm not surprised after seeing that attitude right in front of me. No wonder there is a respect issue.... the morale among staff here is at an all time low, and nobody gives a darn about dress code (oftentimes you see underwear hanging out the rear end while eating YUCK! I write this review because I care about this restaurant and have been coming here for a decade. I want to see them succeed, and at this point COVID is not an excuse. Get someone in there who is willing to do some work themselves, and knows how to run a proper restaurant. I would hate to see them shut down over these fixable issues... Meanwhile other local franchises like Olive Garden and Texas Roadhouse are THRIVING and packed to the brim! (Great management there! As an example, I 've seen managers scrubbing down tables on a busy night at Texas Roadhouse! Covid would be an insane excuse given the restaurant bonanza going on with other franchises next door.
So I'm gonna get my bad luck. I do and sit and wait at 6:00 o'clock just to say that they are closed. all the chefs went out! that is extremely bad administration to deteriorate a situation to this point
Great service and clean restaurant,First of all for some reason my GPS couldn't find this Chili's even though I was like across the street. However the food was really good our server she was really experienced and paid attention to the details and knew how to read the table. Great good and highly recommend the Steak 10oz and Pasta
Would give zero stars if could. The first time we visited, dine-in was closed, but we decided to give it another try today. Absolutely horrible customer service. My husband and I, after being directed to our table, noticed that the stroller for our 6-month old twins would probably be in the way for servers. We tried to get the hostess' attention, but she proceeded to continue speaking with a server while looking at us. When she eventually came over, we told her our concern. She seemed to linger confusingly for a minute and then told us she would check on it. Again, we waited for an inordinate amount of time. One server came out and what do you know...she had to get by. She wouldn't even wait for me to move the stroller. Simultaneously, we see the hostess return to the front to help incoming customers, not once returning to assist us. Again, our concern was being in their way. My husband found another restaurant and we are happily dining there now. Will not return.
