Staff all work super hard a d do a nice job! Good food, coffee and donuts. People tap these people!

Many of the staff saw how they touched their face, grabbed the eyes, the gunk out of their ears and scratched the heads. I didn't watch glove change. Absolutely disgusting. That was only in the 5 minutes I waited there. had to turn around and go out. The owner must immediately go through sanitary procedures!!!! And keep regular cleanliness training. Will not visit this place again. Will also write corporate and hope something comes from it.

The Ingwerbread Latte was a nice way to start my 5 days weekend.

The worker not only gave me attitude when I called, but he made me feel bad for not feeling comfortable going into the store when COVID is still a big threat (especially in Virginia). He rudely explained that I should come in and order rather than call because he wears a mask and gloves. When I proceeded to explain I STILL don?t feel comfortable coming in, he said I had no choice but to go in. I then asked how I was supposed to order, and he abruptly hung up on me. I don?t recommend going to this Dunkin (as long as that male worker is there).

Slow service. They have a tendency to get the order wrong. But the latter comment is true for a lot of DDs not just this one. Also, problems with the app but that?s not the restaurant?s fault. Mostly friendly service.
