Eating sucks. sesam huhn and moo shoo boar. a lot too much salt/ sauce. meal was border soup. totally unusable.
We are looking for good Chinese take-out in Sterling area, and that's it. The quality of the meat is good, which worries us in other places. The food is well seasoned and delicious. Prices are also reasonable. We probably get their choice every other week.
We love this little family restaurant. Also the non-traditional pad Thai normally not found in a Chinese restaurant is very good. The chicken and beef with Basil is excellent. We walked a few times for closures of other restaurants, and this is our new place. Prices are very reasonable, lower than a few kilometers away, but over the Fairfax County line. Portion size and meat to vegetables is good, with the exception of beef and string beans (but then I love string beans I really 't care)! Normal 'upcharge' dishes like General Tso 's are on the standard menu. I also like the fact that you get Fried Rice with your duck at no extra cost, which is quite rare. Someone said there were kids running around. Who cares? You don't go there to eat, but to get food. The personnel owners were always very friendly and accomodating.
They do not overload the dishes with sugar sauces/salt etc. Prices are very favorable for quantity/quality. If you choose from the large menu carefully, you can get a balanced meal with many fresh vegetables, lean proteins and some noodles, etc. Three dishes to divide among three people, there are usually enough for a good meal, and remains for a light lunch for two people the next day.
