Mcdonald's - Sterling

I would not recommend this place. My experience was incredibly frustrating, especially with the management. I had a family emergency and they showed no concern whatsoever. I’ve decided this is my last time working here; I’ll be picking up my final paycheck next Friday. Fortunately, I have a better job lined up for next week.

The location is excellent, and the hours are convenient, offering a nice variety of menu items. However, the service leaves much to be desired. I ordered six sandwiches and several large fries, but they charge $0.25 for each additional sauce. The only sauce provided is for the nuggets, whereas other McDonald's locations typically offer sauces for fries as well.

The weather is going to be hot this summer, and their ice machine is broken! This seems to be a recurring issue in our society, based on my experience. They really need to improve, especially since they've been facing this problem consistently. The staff should receive training overnight so they can be properly prepared for the next day!

The second time I came to this mcdonald, and there were perhaps my car and two other cars there. came to the spokesman and the lady who took my order was super quiet and had no passion in her vote. she sounded extremely unhappy and snoring. hadn't even welcomed me or wondered if I wanted to use my mobile app or wanted to tell me my total number, but my order had calculated without asking me and saying that she can't enter my reward code as she already gave me my order. (you can change the order, I got my food and my cheeseburger was also good, but I got it. the mcchicken was a very dark brown and tasted spicy, but did not look like a mcchik or a hot and spicy mcchik. it looked more like a crispy chicken, but as mcchicken. the brown part could be of employees who do not filter regularly or skimme them. the mayonnaise I got with him also tasted funny and the whole sandwich just didn't taste right. all in all I would not recommend this mcdonald 's.

Lady taking the orders was horrible couldn't get anything right. Then I needed to make a 2nd order since I had a van full of people n she said McDonald's doesn't do that, except we go to McDonald's all over Illinois daily n have never been declined to do more then one order. Needless to say some passengers didn't get to eat as we was all in time limits
