Mcdonald's - Sterling

I went to this restaurant and grabbed a cup to get some water, but the manager rudely took it from me. The atmosphere was unpleasant and the service was awful. I will not be returning.

I appreciate the side parking setup for the drive-thru to improve efficiency during busy times. However, when it's not busy and there are still cars parked on the side, orders are sometimes incorrect and receipts are not provided to confirm the order. I would give fewer stars for the lack of attention to detail during non-peak hours.

It's McDonald's. Food's terrible for you, tastes okay, but you love going anyway.

On January the 6th 2024 I placed an order at 5:00 a.m. for my wife and I. Part of my order included milkshakes but the milkshake machine doesn't run at that hour though I was grouchy at the time and I do apologize the older gentleman behind the counter took very good care of my wife and I. He refunded me for the shakes and gave us 2 cups for the fountain. I feel bad about being grumpy. This McDonald's is top notch.

The drive-thru line was quick and easy to navigate, and the food was delicious and served hot.
