Miller's Ale House - Sterling

This restaurant is infested with mosquitoes. The host did not greet us at all. The seating area was filled with mosquitoes flying around. We requested to be moved to a different table away from the kitchen, but our request was ignored. There were dirty plates and sticky, torn seats at the table next to us. When we asked an employee to clean it up, he rudely said they were busy (even though they weren't) and did not offer to help. The same employee continued to glare at our table throughout our meal. We only stayed because we had driven an hour to get there. I do not recommend this place at all, and would give it 0 stars if I could.

DOES THIS MILLERS LOCATION EVEN TRAIN THEIR STAFF ON CUSTOMER SERVICE?Terrible experience! A rude employee was glaring at us as soon as we got there. Hostess was totally oblivious to our presence. The seats were dirty and totally ripped. For some reason mosquitoes were all over the place. Overall, the atmosphere at this place was very dissapointing.

The restaurant doesn't offer a great selection of vegetarian options. I rated it 4 stars because the service and overall atmosphere were pleasant, but the quality of the vegetarian dishes could be improved. Not the best choice for vegetarians!

Server assumed we spoke Spanish, not a big deal. The issue came from HIM when we answered in English . Not everyone at our table speaks or understands Spanish so obviously, it is rude to communicate in Spanish when not everyone can understand. We were then aserved burnt entrees. All of our meals were overcooked or burned. Appetizers were all over fried and or burnt. Needless to say we will never be back and I am in complete shock this place has such good reviews. There are better places with much better food at the same price point.

First time dining at Miller's. We ordered Cobb salad minus the shrimp. It was delicious and quite a bit of food.
