We had an excellent meal today, the dish Jour for which I chose the Scotch egg, pigs belly and lemon balms. All were prepared with great skill. The presentation, service and wine were also wonderful. I recommend this excellent restaurant! It is a wonderful addition to Saintes and clear one of our best!
