Favorite Chicken Ribs - Stevenage

Ordered food today at 6.10pm and was advised (through Uber) it would arrive no later than 50mins after order. After 1 hour of waiting I rang favourite to be told they are busy and will be another 10 mins. My food arrived at 7.50pm, so took 1 hour 40mins to get to me! And with no surprise it was stone cold and the whole order was thrown in the bin as was inedible! Another family member had ordered the day before and said it had taken nearly and hour and half for delivery through their website but thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt! How wrong I was! I think they have been taken over as I have never had this issue before and noticed that you can obtain a food hygiene rating which explains that it’s under new management. I can’t rate the food as it was stone cold and didn’t taste it. Would have given 0 rating but had to fill in

Went in to order last night , they had 3 men front of house Asian all talking in their language while we waited and a white man working at the far back getting the chicken out of the ovens , thats why we was waiting . it was very unprofessional and rude and they should be speaking English , the chips were not that nice and nor the chicken , i would not go back .

We ordered our meal through Just eats and were given a delivery time of 8.35pm....food arrived at 9.15...if i had known it was going to take that long I would not have bothered ordering !!! Food arrived cold so had to reheat not happy at all !!!!

Had one last night ordered at 11 PM turned up at 12:10. Driver polite friendly. Food was cold never seems to be fresh and hot no care to maintain the warmth of food.

Treated me like royalty whilst i was stoned. put everything i ordered in my hand in 1 minute and gave me a free drink. luv bossmann
