Unusual, but on my visit there was a queue of people waiting for their take out orders to be ready. They were temporarily out of white rice and asked everyone if they'd mind a brown rice substitution.

Huge rush at 4ish pm, just one person helping with orders and has to wait for 20+ mins to get to the counter, behind some 7-8 high schoolers ... Too slow and there was a lot of spilt food items on the side where they were making the burritos or bowls..Vegetarian options: Beans , sauted bell peppers , lettuce, rice (white and brown), guacamole
