Loved the open kitchen and bright seating area. I met with a couple friends and we took awhile to go up and order as we were doing a lot of catching up. We never felt rushed and it was nice to just be able to order on our timeline. The flavors of everything was good, but I wasn?t a fan of the gemelli texture. It was alittle too tough for my taste. All-in-all it was a good experience but felt a little overpriced.
Love the atmosphere of this place! I've always passed by it at Main Street but have never gone until today. The interior is super cute and their outdoor seating area is also really nice. We ordered the Bucatini and the Pasta Armellino. Both were super flavorful and very well seasoned, and the texture of the pasta was lovely. We also ordered the mushroom soup and it was great! Super creamy and perfectly mushroom-y.
The ambiance and cleanliness of the restaurant were excellent. The staff was friendly, and the prices were reasonable. I appreciated the use of fresh ingredients, although the salad dressing was a bit too salty for my taste. The pasta was slightly al dente, so I would prefer it to be cooked a little more tender. The side order of meatballs was fantastic—very flavorful! I will definitely return, but next time I’ll ask them to go lighter on the salad dressing.
I arrived right at opening time (12 PM) and my food came out quickly after we ordered. The romaine salad and focaccia were quite tasty. The Bucatini had a nice flavor, and the pasta was cooked al dente, though it's worth mentioning that it was firmer than pasta at most other Italian restaurants. The Gemelli was even firmer, which was a bit too much for my taste. Unfortunately, the main issue with that dish was that it was overly salty, which overshadowed the otherwise lovely truffle and mushroom flavors. We also ordered a side of meatballs that were good but slightly dry. Just a heads-up, there’s a 10% charge for takeout and a 15% charge for dining in, which others have also pointed out. Overall, while my experience wasn't amazing, I would consider returning to try some of the other pasta dishes.
This is an adorable spot with lovely outdoor seating. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food is quite good as well. We ordered the soup, bread, and pasta, and both the pasta and soup were especially tasty. The focaccia bread was a bit too hard on the crust, but overall, it was a really nice experience.
