The Habit Burger Grill

The food is delicious, the place is clean, and there are plenty of seats.

First time at this chain burger place. Went in because it said the burger was rated the best by vote, thinking, really and better than In-n-Out?Well, I had the Santa Barbara Char and would say it was heavier or more loaded than In-n-Out, but this was much better than other non-In-n-Out burgers, like Shake Shack, 5 Guys, ... I would place this place just about at the level of In-n-Out.I did like the multiple options in Peppers- jalapeños, yellow chili peppers (like In-n-Out), and I think Italian pepperoncini.

I’ve been to this location several times and the service has been horrible every single time and after today, I won’t be going back. Curbside pick up is always a miss. Today I showed up and the habit burger truck was blocking ALL the curbside pick up parking spots. (see picture shown). Upon arrival, the workers just stared at each other, no assistance of any kind. I asked the person at the register if she could assist me. She ignored me and then told me to please hold on and kept prepping food. I was trying to pick up my “curbside” order. I paid for extra sauces and they were not included. When I asked if the fried green beans came with their own sauce I was told no. I asked if this was customary as my previous orders always came with a sauce. I was told no and that was it. The food might be good but the customer service is terrible. I tried calling in for assistance, no one answers, it’s all automated and they direct you to their website for any issues or concerns. Please save yourself from the rude, dismissive and unapologetic customer service, plenty of other good restaurants to choose from.

I came here for lunch. I ordered the Charburger because they had a special deal where you could get a Charburger Fries Drink for $6. The regular prices are a bit too high in my opinion.The patty was well cooked and tasty. The fries are nice and potato-y. The environment was pretty nice and clean as well. The seats are comfortable. Overall, good fast food restaurant.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. We ordered our food at 6:49pm and received our order an HOUR later at 7:50pm. We had ordered to-go and when the worker finally gave us our food it was served to dine-in and the entire order was wrong. When we informed ANA at the front she gave us attitude and then dumped the trays of food in the trash. You would think after having us wait for our food for that long that she would be at least a little apologetic but no. Very unprofessional, do better.
