Wood Ranch Bbq Grill - Stevenson Ranch

Maddie was an excellent server. Unfortunately, even though we requested the brisket be well done, it was very rare. We reluctantly sent it back with absolutely no attitude whatsoever, we saw the cook laughing about it. We heard Maddie tell the cook “very well done.” Got it back and it was still too rare. We decided to keep it and microwave it at home instead of giving the kitchen clown a reason to do something to it. You don’t need to bbq brisket that thick. Make smaller slices so they’ll get done properly how the paying customer requested. We were there at 3:00 on Sunday, August 12, 2024. On an $89 bill, we still tipped Maddie $30 because she was amazing. Please remember that not everyone likes their meat rare. A customer, not demanding or being rude, deserves to have their request honored and not laughed at by a condescending little cook.

Food quality is way much better than the one in Northridge and the plates are more topped off with the side dish.

It's still a fantastic spot to savor some tri-tip and those delicious rolls!

Really nice and accommodating servers and hostesses/hosts and a nice big patio that seems to always be open- which I love. I don't eat meat so I"m not their target audience, but Wood Ranch was always a go to for me alone or with meat eating friends..The sides were always great. Today the baked potato was cold, the rolls were not fully baked, the corn was soggy and the asparagus was pretty much raw. The server offered to fix it all but I don't want to complain about every single thing I ordered so I didn't. The bar drinks were great and the service was perfect and I"ll try again. It's super pleasant, I hope they step up their sides game.
