Clark Lewie's Travelers Rest Saloon Grill

This restaurant overlooking the water has an amazing covered terrace in the open and great eating and beer to boot. we both had the laughs and it was delicious.

A quick lunch to go Decided to take a break off the cruise ship we work on and get a quick bite. Great sliders, onion ring to die for. A pretzel with cheeses dip, some wings . Coming beat the location lookkng over the Columbia river. A must if you are ever in the area! Service is good too!

Cute little restaurant on the Columbia River. We ordered a charcuterie board, beet salad, onion rings, and Huckleberry Lemonade. The good: the location, the drink, the charcuterie board (loved the fancy cheeses The not so good: the beet salad needed more beets to qualify as a beet salad and the onion rings were a big clump. The annoying: the super loud patron at the next table (clearly no fault of Clark and Lewis's Overall, a good experience, and if we find ourselves in the area again, we would eat here.

Very bad attitude of the blonde dame at the door, no attention for almost 5 minutes then finally came to the steadfast and just said we were full. not to ask if we wanted to wait or how long it could be to get a table. we had to ask them if we could leave our number to contact us if a table was available. she seemed to be insane and stand out to even take off our number. when we asked how long it can take, she simply shruged her and said no way to say and simply turned and woke up. we're back in our car and then my wife was so mad and angry as she treated us. she said I'll never go back to this place and we left. So they take what they will. later we asked a few local people if they had ever gone to the place and both said only once. not good eating and terrible attitude from the hostess and server. I don't think they care about the place or people who come to the place.

He was at the place and stood about 5 minutes before the staff even tried to realize that we waited the blonde dame that came to sit here, was not friendly nor acting as they were customers. we asked for a table and it was said they were full. she didn't ask if we wanted one table or how long it could be to get a table, no ask at all just one empty star as if they were still waiting for her for me said we were full we had to ask if we could wait for one table and she wasn't happy and seemed sour that she had to take our phone number to call again she did not try to let us know how long it was. we went and found a much more friendly place to eat. So rude, please, if you want to be abused, please go here. later I asked some natives if they had ever been to this place and all said once, but the service sucked and that eating was not worth it. also their website states open up to 8 and the phone message said open til 7 both are wrong.
