Very rude service, heard the staff talking about us and directly looked us in the eyes with disgust at us.. confused at what we did? All we did was drive up to the drive through wanting some coffee and left feeling sad ?
One of the staff members was a little short tempered, and my iced coffee was a bit bitter. Everyone else in my party seemed okay with their
Staff more interested in chatting with friends through the window and making the people in line wait 10 min than quick quality service. So no. And prices went up with lower quality service? And they hand you that nasty iPad that is never clean.
I have always loved Aspen but it seems like every time we go to the drive thru location they don’t make our drinks right. I always get a mocha granita and it’s really all over the place with what we receive. Today’s version was so unblended that it was like drinking crunchy pieces of sugar. That’s the only way I know how to explain it. Which is sad because we like to support local businesses, but have left disappointed more often than not (at least for this specific location). Also, they’re ALWAYS out of sausage rolls and there usually seems to be a lot of socializing going on inside. I don’t love leaving reviews, especially negative ones but it seems like this specific location needs a little better guidance from their management.
