First timers here! The customer service was outstanding from the greeting, through the clean up. The ability for us to eat completely different pizzas(I’m veggies, he’s meat) was a great change of pace. The pizza was cooked well. Crust was a perfect in between thick and thin. We sat outside, everything was clean and a nice umbrella for the table. Highly recommend! Great job guys!
I had a great experience, and I love the pizza! First, the concept is simple and good: the pizzas are one size, one price, for any set of toppings. The toppings are fresh, and I appreciate the tilt toward 'legit ' Italian toppings: prosciutto, soppressata, 'hunks ' of fresh mozzarella, and even gorgonzola (for those of us who feel creative! It got better when the super friendly staff and I got to chatting about Italy. I mentioned that I 'd been there, and I was trying to put together a pizza with toppings similar to one I 'd had and they recommended that I chat with the owner. That sounded interesting, and I was expecting to 'send him an email ' something like that.. After I sat down to wait for my pizza to get done, I was impressed that the owner came by my table to chat! He shared his great story on his influences, and how he studied pizza making in Italy, and we got to talking about what made for good pizza. Even though he was quite busy with running the location and getting it moving, I was honored that he took time to chat with me and even shared some of the new creations they 're working on. (Items that aren 't yet on the menu! I was impressed with his hospitality, friendliness and creativity. I wish them well! With this level of interest in pizza making, and engagement with customers, they have a bright future!
It’s Pie 5, but better. The fire-cooked crust is much better. The ingredients were fresh, with tons of options. I love that I can add 20 ingredients and pay the same base price. Someone at the table next to us had their pizza slightly messed up. They gave him that pizza, a new one that was refired before he even knew the first one was messed up, and two coupons for free pizzas on his next visit. Great customer service there! The employees were very friendly, they checked in on us several times after our food came out, and they even gave us those delicious citrus flavored Italian candies. I’m not even upset that Pie 5 is gone. This was a good trade.
For those looking for a great place to eat at affordable costs, Firo is solid. They have both pre-made pizzas as well as a make your own offering. For me, it was simple. My mom and I decided to create our own Italian style from am assortment of cheeses including mozzarella chunks and shredded. Our sauce was available in multiple slices, including regular red pizza sauce. Their assortment of meats range from basics like sausage and pepperoni to incredibly unique ones such as prosicutto and salami. For a single pizza and a large drink, it ran us just under 12 bucks, which isn't bad.
