We were needing food a little late in the evening, and they came through! The food was good, the service was great.
The staff was polite, but I was disappointed with my ribeye, which was overcooked and dry. This is the second time I've experienced this issue with their steak. On the bright side, their Cajun chicken pasta is excellent. I'd recommend avoiding the steak, though. I also had to ask twice for drink refills, which only arrived at the end of the meal.
Absolutely avoid this place! It's a total waste of money. You’d be better off grabbing some ramen or a PB&J sandwich instead! If I were in charge, I would have fired two employees on the spot. The happy hour is a complete joke; the menu lists one price, but they charge something entirely different. When you voice your concerns, you just get an indifferent response. The manager, Travis, seems to think he’s untouchable, as customer satisfaction clearly isn’t a priority while he’s on duty. The waitress was terrible too; she clearly didn’t care about her job. If you don’t like what you’re doing, then quit! Chili's used to be great, but now I can’t recommend it at all. If you’re feeling adventurous, go ahead and take your family, but don’t say I didn’t warn you – it’s really not worth it!
I ordered takeout and, as always, the food was delicious. However, I had a negative experience with the wait staff. They were rude and seemed uninterested in assisting anyone who came in, despite there being no wait and very few customers. Additionally, the drinks were only filled three-quarters of the way. When I asked for straws for my meal, they told me to get them from the bar myself. Thankfully, a fellow customer helped me out, but it would have been nice if the staff had just included them in my order. It would be great if they could at least show a little pride in their work.
