However, some locations are perfectly situated, attracting a lot of traffic from nearby businesses. This particular spot is one of those. It's not uncommon for me to pull up and see a line stretching out the door. Normally, I would just drive away and find somewhere else to eat if I encountered that, including at other Jimmy John's locations. Recently, I went to this specific location, and sure enough, the line was out the door. I wasn't in a big rush, so I didn't mind waiting a little longer. To my surprise, the line moved incredibly fast, and within five minutes or so, I was placing my order for myself and a coworker. After ordering, I stepped aside to fill my drinks while waiting for my food. I watched the staff as they efficiently handled various orders, including what I assumed were online ones. They maintained a positive attitude, even when a customer got upset over something rather trivial. When my order was ready, I grabbed it and headed out. About ten minutes later, I realized I had accidentally taken the wrong order. The sandwiches looked similar, but neither of them was what I had ordered, and one contained an ingredient my coworker is highly allergic to. I quickly turned around to return. Upon my arrival, the rush was still in full swing. I managed to navigate through the crowd and explained my situation to the guy at the register. Without missing a beat, a staff member from the kitchen came over as I was speaking. He jumped right into the food line and remade both of my sandwiches in no time. It was a seamless experience, showcasing customer service that’s hard to find these days. This simple action and the overall positive attitude of the employees have assured me that I’ll go out of my way to visit this specific location again. In short, the staff here are rockstars, and they’re what sets this franchise apart in a market built on consistency. I highly recommend this place!

I highly recommend trying the Tuna Salad, along with the Salt Vinegar Chips, Jalapeño Chips, and BBQ Chips. Every item we ordered was delightful! The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was inviting, making for an excellent dining experience overall.

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would! I ordered food, but not only was my order incomplete, when I called back, they still got it wrong. The staff, mostly high school kids, were inconsiderate and lazy, claiming they couldn't take a new order to fix the mistakes they made. Service: Delivery. Meal type: Dinner. Food is good. I’ve always ordered from and I tip decent! Delivery driver showed up, drove past me in a hurry, looked in window while I’m behind them yelling to get their attention. She sat my food on the bench outside and rushed off. I text her letting her know and she just replied “I sat it on the bench”. Can’t believe I tipped her. Lost me as a customer.
