Contribuisci feedbackToday, i went to potbelly for the first time in a very long time for lunch. for it being 12:30, the speed and accuracy of my lunch was very fast and i was impressed, as i work in fast food as well. however, the woman who took my order sounded very upset and didn’t really aid me with the menu at all. she wasn’t necessarily rude, but as a service worker, i have never, and would never take an order in that tone. i understand she may have been having a bad day or she was annoyed through lunch rush and i completely get that, but it felt as if there was a disconnect between us. i’m not sure if management is reading this, but if they are, i’d say to try and stay on top of employee’s warmth towards customers. it would have been a 10/10 experience if she was a little bit nicer!
Food and service is good but the atmosphere is NA until they open back up for dine-in.

Food is good, service is just really hit and miss. If you're going to order, don't bother with delivery; it's just infinitely easier to go pick it up. The last two times I have rolled the dice on a delivery it just didn't show up at all (my credit card was still charged just fine, though) or arrived over an hour late with no communication after I had resigned myself to another no-show. I know staffing is hard to come by these days, so I expect this will rebound eventually! In the interim save yourself some worry and skip delivery.
They need to open there inside for Gig delivery workers. I hate waiting in the huge line at lunch time to pick up a delivery.
