Contribuisci feedbackThe food was really good. Service was top-notch. We did wait about 25-30 mins for our meals when it wasn't very crowded, but we didn't mind too much. It was an overall good experience and we will eat here again. ?
Brisket, chopped pork was over cooked, dry and tough, half rack of ribs were over cooked on the outside and still red in the center
All of the amenities were acceptable. I ordered the lunch daily special with a glass of water. This was listed on the menu as thirteen dollars and change. When the bill came it was seventeen dollars and change. Then after the server thrust the hand held scanner in my hand I begrudgingly have her a tip. I should not have given the tip since I never even got a refill on my water. I guess I was lucky to get out with a twenty dollar and change bill. Then when I took the on line survey they ask for your age. My age has nothing to do with the price gouging. I will not be going back nor can I recommend them.
I come here often because I get free drinks with my job at the car wash. After receiving attitude from one employee Brandy began to stand out as she never failed to greet us without a smile when she works. Even if she’s busy and I notice someone else has glanced over us she finds the time to take our drink order and serve us with grace. Thank you so much Brandy for giving exemplary customer service no matter the day or time!
Not sure what’s going on with the Rib Crib franchise but over the past few month we have noticed a drastic drop in quality, not only at this location but two others as well. We really use to like eating here but for the cost, it has gone downhill.
