The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and is decorated really nicely for Christmas. Staff were really friendly and the cocktails were also great. Lovely choice on the menu too, lots of options. I'd recommend the halloumi starter and the beef bourguignon was amazing Service: 5 Location: 5
Great vibe and food to enjoy with the family. This would be 5 stars, however my family and I have been charged a £100 fine each for two cars after parking. There wasn’t obvious signage about paying anything so now we are stuck with a fine. I was planning on returning but it’s not worth a £400 meal (including parking for both cars).

We stayed in Stirling for two nights at the end of a tour of Scotland. After we had been a bit disappointed with the choice of food so far, I was very happy about the menu from Fletcher's, which finally includes a lamb and a game dish. Booking a table went smoothly. The location near a large roundabout is not entirely ideal, but the building is an impressive structure with a columned portal. We were warmly welcomed and the restaurant is very busy. The food made us happy. All the dishes (Haggis sweets, Cullen skink, scallops, and the game dish) were very good, I was completely thrilled with the game. Beautifully arranged, pink slices on a bar of fine potato gratin, with vegetables and a wonderful red wine jus, the meat is buttery soft and all at very moderate prices compared to other prices. Glasses full to the brim and great service we came back the next evening to try, among other things, the lamb, which also didn't disappoint. It's great, we hope to be able to come back again. Excellent hotel located in a commercial area. Sufficiently isolated not to be bothered at night (or really few passages . The room is spacious and beautiful. The bed is large and comfortable. Bathroom very good. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful! They give you the choice of a breakfast menu (Scottish, vegetarian, sweet or classic with eggs cooked to your choice . All in a magnificently decorated restaurant room. The staff are very nice, arrival was supposed to be before 8pm in the evening (from memory but as we were landing late from Edinburgh they were very accommodating : A nice stopover to visit Stirling or the surrounding area (Doune Castle .
