Delicious food, lovely atmosphere, and friendly staff. Visited as a family of 5, and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our starters and mains. Thank you! We had reserved a table for 2 for 8 p.m. and had the “bad” idea of arriving 10 minutes before. The table was not ready and the manager/boss informed me that we were ten minutes early. As there was an empty and mostly unset table next to the counter, I told him that it didn't matter, that we could wait at that table. He didn't want to and made us understand that we had to wait outside it was 0 degrees and freezing! After telling him he was rude, we turned around and went elsewhere for dinner! I have traveled to more than 30 countries and frequented hundreds of restaurants of all price ranges: this is the first time I have been so poorly received!

Had a bizarre evening here where we ordered food and drinks, and the drinks just never came. Asked three times and consigned ourselves to eating without them. Then had to ask four or so times for the bill, which when it finally came they tried to charge us for the drinks that never appeared. And added a service charge as well! Food, for what it's worth, was good, but the service was the worst I'd experienced in a long time. Service: Dine in

Lovely food good value for money. Not exhaustive menu. My son asked for milk didn’t serve it! The additional tip as they add on service vanished with that American lass inability to serve milk it was silly but that’s kiss for ya Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
