Contribuisci feedbackI went to Tim Hortons today to order a lunch. I did wait for a bit because there were only 2 staff and the drive through seemed to be busy and needed and received faster service. The lady was polite but she used and kept on the same gloves the whole time.? punching in orders, taking cash, touching the machine, and the same gloves going right into the food drawer to pull out the eggs and cheese and making people’s sandwiches. Again a nice lady, but very unhygienic and so much cross contamination when making food where everyone can clearly see.
Kid-friendliness: In this store, I am comfortable coming every single day and ordering my breakfast for my family, like bagels and bacon farmerswrap, and they were very friendly while serving, especially with my kids, who like to visit this store every day before I drop them off at school.
Today, I visited the drive-through at Tim Horton's to order my usual favorite, a large ice cap. However, when I received my order at the service window, I discovered that they had given me a black ice cap without milk. Despite there being a long line of cars behind me, I pulled over to inquire about the mistake. The staff at Tim Horton's initially tried to insist that they had made the order correctly, but after consulting with their manager, they begrudgingly made me a new one. I was not pleased with the customer service and the lack of apology for their error. As a result, I have decided not to patronize this establishment in the future.
Just ordered a bagel BELT with mayo, hash brown and tea. After waiting 10 minutes, the hash brown was ice cold, the bagel BELT had no mayo and was slapped together falling apart. We then went through the drive through asking for a new order with a hot hash brown and the mayo on the bagel BELT. We received, the same ice cold hash brown and the bagel BELT had no cheese. The service was abrupt and unfriendly when we ordered inside, but even more so at the drive through. We often frequent the Tim's at Hazeldean/Terry Fox and have never been met with this terrible service and abrupt, rude interaction. Such a shame because, the place looks clean and inviting. Unfortunately, the staff do not realize that this sort of treatment takes business away from this location and sends it to other nearby ones.
The staff at this restaurant is typically unfriendly and unkind. It appears that they use overly potent hand lotions that emit strong smells. This gives me intense headaches as I am allergic to scents.
