Tim Hortons - St-Lazare

Dirty. Employees were standing around talking with every table dirty and no clean place to sit. Food on floor from previous customers. Fries were old and hard. Sandwich was okay due to the bread which was good. I would skip this restaurant in the future.

Bagels were burnt on both sides no butter and the smallest amount of cream cheese I've ever seen. There were more grill marks than cream

My experience here was a 10 out of 10. The supervisor was a a 15 year old boy who was well behaved and mature. If I remember correctly it was the 6th of July me and my platoon just came back to Canada and were quite thirsty so we stopped by A canadien delicacy. I ordered a large double double while taking my order we were ambushed. Vietnamese soldiers were tracking our vehicles. The supervisor was a ex military immidietly jumping into action with a p-90 a and. That day me and my platoon will never forget Paul Richardson saved my life drink was mediocre at best)

Don't know if it was the language barrier but the lady was very rude. Sat our drinks on opposite side of restaurant and didn't tell us they were ready... had to go looking for them.. sizes and quantities were incorrect but let it slide because of the language barrier- no excuse for lack of customer service.

Dirtiest Tims I‘ve been to. This place had not been cleaned for hours. Toilets were a nightmare. Floor was wet with paper and waste lying around. Staff forgot my coffee.
