Chick-fil-a - Stockbridge

I mean, who doesn't love Chick-fil-A? When have they ever disappointed? Today was especially fantastic; I didn't have the greatest start to my day, but Alex, the cashier, totally turned it around. Just a simple smile and a genuine greeting made all the difference.

Review from 9/25/22: The food was excellent, but the wait was not. Normally, we would rate this place a 5, but today we can only give it a 4 because we waited almost 20 minutes in the drive-thru.

Emily, our cashier, was enthusiastic, patient, and knowledgeable about the menu items. She would excel in a leadership role. The food was served promptly, piping hot, and delicious. The atmosphere felt cozy and secure. One downside is that the exit door is situated closer to the parking lot than the entrance, causing confusion for some customers.

1st time customer at this location. Greeted with a verbal good morning as soon as we walked in. Customer service was excellent and friendly. Food was brought out to our table with a smile ????. The food itself was delicious ???? and filling. I wouldrecommend this restaurant

The food is always good but it seems there has been a drastic delay in service with the drive-through since the remodel not sure if they?re understaffed or if the design isn?t as helpful as they thought. Plan on 20-30 minutes once you pull in.
