O'charley's Restaurant Bar

We had a family dinner and started with the Spinach Artichoke dip as an appetizer, which was really delicious. However, our main meals were served at room temperature. The chicken tender and rib steak platter was decent; the steak may have tasted a bit cheap, but it was cooked perfectly medium-rare, and the ribs were enjoyable—though they would have been better if they were warm. The Chicken Alfredo was also at room temperature, but it had a good flavor. Our daughter ordered a burger, and it seemed like she enjoyed it.

This restaurant is incredibly stylish, elegant, and professional. Each time I visit, I am consistently impressed by their service. The food is always perfectly cooked, served promptly, and served hot. Our drinks and rolls are refilled constantly. I've made sure to tip generously, especially to the General Manager. Kudos to her for managing the establishment so well!

The restaurant had a spacious and inviting atmosphere, with good bread and adequately sized appetizers. The drinks were enjoyable as well.

My waiter Chris always offers excellent service. I've eaten with my son several times here and he'll make sure I get it. He also covers many tables of himself, which shows that he is very attentive to the needs of every table in what they order. Give the man an increase! Eating is always good.

Worst curbside/ to go service ever.. made order at 6:30pm. I was in parking area waiting for curbside. Was told order would 24 minutes. I was good with that. Why at 7:30pm still had not my order. So went talk Mgr (no cs skills). Told him issue he went in back came back with my food. I look in bag checking out food and all cold. So I let him know unacceptable he grabs bag and walk off. So then he comes and says they are cooking a new order. This already been an hour+ wait. Now I gotta wait again. Didn't offer me a drink; partial refund, nothing. And felt like I should not complain cause they are cooking my order over. No mister it should have done right the first time. They whole to go/curbside staff need retraining in customer service and etiquette. Including manager. Don't eat here unless you are dining in.. worst service I recieved at a restaurant!!!
